About us

'CMS' in INDIA was incorporated in 1995 with head quarters in Mumbai. Though it was a humble beginning, but our expertise in the Middle-East helped us to cross hurdles showing positive results.
As a pioneer in various insulation materials in the Middle-East, we were able to achieve our goals progressively in India. The experience earned was not only educative but also enlightening. In those days ‘FIBREGLASS & EXPANDED POLYSTYRENE’ were the only insulation materials used in ‘HVAC R’ Projects world wide. However, synthetic rubber was making in-roads in the western markets. Our operational network with ‘OWEN’S CORNING®’, we brought the blanket FIBREGLASS INSUALTION TO INDIA in 1995, and little later added our own ’SUPAFLEX’® FLEXIBLE DUCTS, which was being produced by us in Middle-East with an Australian collaboration . From 1995 to 1998, we were able to establish our presence in the Indian Insulation Materials market.
By late nineties ‘NITRILE RUBBER’ was gradually started getting response from ‘HVAC R’ Fraternity, and Technologists started producing the same in EAST ASIAN COUNTRIES. The availability of raw materials in that belt made it easy for the manufacturers to start looking outside countries and our excellent contact in that vicinity with the producer’s of Worlds biggest and best NITRILE rubber insulation could fetch us NITRILE to GULF & INDIA simultaneously in ‘CENTURYFLEXTM’ brand.
Our thirteen years of perseverance and hard work in ‘NITRILE -CENTURYFLEXTM’ is yielding dividends . With our very best ‘TECHNO-COMMERCIAL’ commodities in this trade, which are unmatched so far, we are the best sought ‘NITRILE FOAM; IN HVAC R’ PROJECTS IN INDIA. THE REST IS HISTORY AND FOR EVERYBODY TO SEE.
From ‘INFANT TO INFINITY’ of – IMPORTS TODAY – which made us to meet anything & everything to the requirement of a needy customer? With our ‘STABLE’ Stocking of varieties of sizes in sheets & tubes of CLASS – 1 (AS PER BS 476 PART 7) AND CLASS ‘O’ (AS PER BS 476 PART 6) Grades of Nitrile , made our clients happy to plan their prospects.
With our huge ‘warehouse’ in the outskirts of Mumbai (Bhiwandi) stocking of OWEN’S® , SUPAFLEX® AND CENTURYFLEXTM (with all necessary accessories), we are able help our customers with pinpoint LOGISTICS. Materials leave within 24 / 48 hours from our warehouse to most parts of the country.
‘CMS – SHIP’ is lead by STRONG MANAGEMENT and are able to meet all CHALLENGES and to ACHIEVE our best, we will not keep any stone unturned. ‘LOST PARADISE’ – one might have heard about it in LIFE, but we cater that into the ‘HVAC R’ inputs, by way of QUALITY, QUANTITY & SERVICE and ‘CMS’ always believe in HEALTHY COMPETITIONS WITH JUSTICE and anticipating the same reciprocations from the entire ‘FRATERNITY’, so that we can show that ‘INDIA’ is really a ‘PARADISE’.

Description
CENTURYFLEXTM is a flexible and lightweight elastomeric nitrile foam material designed primarily for thermal insulation. Our products comes in black or other colors, & is available either in tubing or sheet form. The extruded flexible tubing is specially designed to fit the standard diameters of steel & copper pipings. Sheets are available in pre-cut size, or in rolls. Several items of ancillary products are also available like foam tape, gasket tape, adhesive glue, weather paints, etc.
Features
CENTURYFLEXTM Thermal insulation materials are used primarily to insulate another material (or surface) to prevent or significantly reduce the thermal energy (heat) flow to preserve either hot or cold temperatures within the insulated material thus enabling energy and cost savings.
In addition, as thermal insulation is provided by covering the materials or surfaces required to be insulated with the thermal insulation materials chosen, depending on the type of insulation materials used and its application purpose, thermal insulation materials are also used to provide other secondary insulation purposes such as the following:-

  • to prevent condensation or frost formation on cooling systems and chilled water and refrigeration lines and thermal bridging;
  • acoustic, noise and vibration insulation;
  • shock absorption or as a cushioning material against physical or mechanical impact,
  • to conserve energy and costs and as a safety precautionary measure against unwanted accidents or damage;
  • protects items insulated from other environmental hazards such as salt water, sunlight or sunrays (ultra violet ("UV") attacks), oil and chemicals, dusts, settlement and growth of viruses, bacteria, moulds and fungi;
  • to withstand extremely high or low temperatures;
  • to provide fire resistance and a low smoke and toxic emissions in the event of fire;
  • to provide an aesthetic finishing look and to provide insulation without allergy or other harmful medical effects especially if used outdoors and subject to public viewing and contact; and
  • protects pipes from corrosion in the oil and gas and petrochemical industry.

Not all types of insulation materials can provide all of the above functions as it depends on the inherent nature or characteristics of the material whether it is suitable or not and whether such suitable material had underwent certain processes which would enhance its nature or characteristics and / or provide the material with such functions or ability required.

Product Description

ROCKWOOL® as the name suggest, is manufactured from diabase rocks (Basalt Rocks) which is purely a volcanic substance & came into existence millions of years ago. The process of making fine fibers is by using most advanced technology. The re-melting of these rocks is done at high temperatures & spunned by multi-rotors system at high speeds. A thermo-setting Resin Binder is sprayed on it along with an agent to make it water-proof. The coated fibers in the form of uniform felt is sent to oven where-in it attains desired uniform thickness & rigidity depending upon product requirement. Cutting, Finishing & Packing machines give the product a good & attractive package.
